What if a patient asks for a refund?
We understand that patients may from time to time require a refund for a package they purchased with HealthMe. Our policy is to provide the full refund of the purchase price if appointments are cancelled at least 2 business days before your scheduled visit the healthcare provider. If the cancellation is made within 2 business days of the appointment, the purchase price will no longer be refundable; however the appointment may be rescheduled one time at such time as agreed between the patient and the provider. How does it work?
Most commonly, your doctor has directed you to our website or our portal on their website to purchase the care package you need. You can search by symptom, by location, and by provider. Once you find the package with your doctor, you can simply purchase the package. We’ll send you an email with a unique redemption code. When you arrive at your doctor’s appointment, present them the redemption code and receive your treatment. It’s as simple as that.
